The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that the upcoming Denzel Washington-led legal drama - previously titled “Inner City” - has been retitled “Roman Israel, Esq.”. The film, which also stars Ashton Sanders, Andrew T. Lee, Joseph David-Jones, Carmen Ejogo and Colin Farrell, is written and directed by “Nightcrawler”’s Dan Gilroy and follows “a Los Angeles attorney, played by Washington, who is offered a job at a prestigious law firm after the death of his longtime partner.
