Director John G. Avildsen has passed away

It is with great sadness that we report director John G. Avildsen has passed away at age 81. Avildsen is best known for his Academy Award-winning work on the 1976 classic “Rocky”, as well as “The Karate Kid”, “The Karate Kid Part II”, “The Karate Kid Part III”, “Rocky V”, “Save the Tiger”, “Neighbors”, “Joe”, “Traveling Hopefully” and “Lean On Me”.
