The first banner for the upcoming Morrissey biopic “England
Is Mine” has been released; courtesy of NME. The film, which stars Jack
Lowden, Jodie Comer and Jessica Brown Findlay, is directing by Marl Gill
and will hit select theaters on August 4th, 2017. “England Is Mine”
tells the story of Moz, born Steven Patrick Morrissey, "years
immediately before the formation of the band (The Smiths), and shine[s] a
light on how an awkward teenager escaped a dead-end existence to build a
legendary songwriting partnership with [Johnny] Marr.” The film is
co-writen by Gill and William Thacker. What do you think of the first
