Elena Anaya reprise her role as Doctor Poison in “Wonder Woman 2”

While speaking to The Verge, “Wonder Woman” actress Elena Anaya revealed that she has signed a multi-picture contract with Warner Bros; leading fans to speculate that Doctor Poison may appear in the films upcoming sequel! When asked about the future of her character and if she was contracted for a multiple films, Anaya said the following: "Yes yes yes. But I have no answer for that. As you know, when these movies are made, they ask you basically to marry them for the rest of your life. [Laughs] I’d be so happy to be back, to be able to be evil again. It’s so good, it’s so fantastic." “Wonder Woman”, which stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Robin Wright, Danny Huston, David Thewlis, Ewen Bremner, Saïd Taghmaoui, Elena Anaya, Lucy Davis, Lisa Loven Kongsil, Ann Wolfe and Connie Nielsen, is directed by Patty Jenkins and is now playing. Gal Gadot, who plays the titular character, is officially set to return for the film’s sequel (which has yet to be green lit, but due to the massive critical and commercial success of the film, a sequel is likely imminent) and director Patty Jenkins is currently in negotiations with Warner Bros. to return as well.
