Paramount Pictures has announced a release date for “Top Gun: Maverick”; courtesy of Deadline! The film, which stars Tom Cruise, will be directed by Joseph Kosinski and hits theaters on July 12th, 2019. “Top Gun: Maverick”, which is written by Peter Craig, Justin Marks, Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz, is produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and “will be set in a world of drone technology and fifth generation fighters and explore the end of an era of dogfighting which made the original film so exhilarating”. “Cruise reprises his role as Maverick, now a flight instructor teaching the young macho pilots how to do it.” Are you looking forward to “Top Gun: Maverick”?
