The film, which stars Tom Holland, Jon Bernthal and Richard Armitage, is directed by Brendan Muldowney and will be released in select theaters and VOD on August 11th, 2017. “Pilgrimage”, which is written by Jamie Hannigan,

“takes place in 1209 Ireland and follows a group of monks who begin a pilgrimage across an island, transporting their monastery’s holiest relic to Rome.
